Need Help in Locating a Violent Dog...The association is looking for a dog that severely bit one of our neighbors. The dog is described as 50-60 lbs, light to medium brown, mixed breed. The owner who was not very helpful and left the scene was driving either a Black SUV or Van, dark skinned female and appeared to be of Caribbean descent. Anyone with information please contact the board. This animal is a danger to you and your children.
As a reminder...animals are supposed to be on a leash according to the community by-laws and the City of pembroke Pines. Please do not let your anila run loose. The association at its meeting on 5/14 has decided to involve animal control to pick up any loose animals

Board of Directors Meeting
The SVE Board of Directors normally hold monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of the month. Meetings are held at Spring Valley Park and announced 48 hours in advance as required by our bylaws. Homeowners are encouraged to attend if you have questions or concerns regarding our community. Our next meeting dates are as follows (subject to change):
